Secure Transitions is a private, non-profit foster family treatment agency licensed by the State of California.  Our mission is to develop a network of foster homes or ‘secure bases’ in which children are treated with dignity and respect.

Our policies and programs are designed to address the developmental needs of children whose emotional and physical needs have been neglected.

And as our name suggests, our overall goal is to provide foster children with a secure transition back to their families of origin.
